Terms of Use

1. Parties

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between [SERVICE_PROVIDER_NAME / NATURAL PERSON] ([REGISTERED ADDRESS]), the operator of VibeGuide (available at getvibeguide.app), and you, the user.

By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VibeGuide is a destination discovery platform offering AI-assisted, intent-driven travel recommendations.

VibeGuide is NOT A TRAVEL AGENCY and does not handle reservations, payments, or transactions.

All booking and purchasing happens on third-party partner platforms (Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, Expedia, and similar).

3. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

Prohibited: automated scraping/bot traffic, system manipulation, content that infringes third-party rights, attempts to upload malicious code, unauthorized access attempts.

You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service.

4. AI-Generated Output

A significant portion of the recommendations is generated using AI models (including OpenAI-based inference).

AI output may contain ERRORS, OMISSIONS, or INACCURACIES. Independently verify recommendations before relying on them.

For high-stakes decisions (visa, regulations, health, safety) consult official sources directly.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Partner links direct you to third-party booking platforms.

Pricing, availability, service quality, cancellation policies, and security on partner platforms are governed by those platforms, not VibeGuide.

VibeGuide is NOT responsible for experiences on partner platforms, payment issues, inaccurate listings, or cancellation processes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, design, software, content, and brand are owned by VibeGuide or licensed to it.

Free-text inputs and interaction data you generate remain yours; however, you grant VibeGuide a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to provide and improve the Service.

Location descriptions may be partially AI-generated or compiled from publicly available sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeGuide is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Direct liability is limited to fees paid by the user (zero for the anonymous free tier).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VibeGuide against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Service Changes and Termination

VibeGuide may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Access for users in breach of these Terms may be terminated unilaterally.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

For consumer disputes: under Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502, Art. 73/A) the consumer courts and arbitration boards of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction; for consumers domiciled in the EU, Article 18 of Brussels I (recast) Regulation grants jurisdiction to the courts of the consumer's country of domicile.

Non-consumer disputes shall be resolved in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
